Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These Terms govern your use of https://infoadvise.com/ and its account, editorial, profile, link-in-bio and listing services. The service is operated by InfoAdvise, India. Contact: support@infoadvise.com.

By creating an account, submitting content or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not create an account or submit content. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information: https://infoadvise.com/privacy-policy/.

1. What InfoAdvise provides

InfoAdvise combines informational guides and insights with personal bio pages and company or professional listings. Features may be introduced, changed or discontinued over time. Only features actually made available on the website form part of the service; references to planned AI, memberships or integrations are not promises of current availability.

Information on InfoAdvise is general information, not individualized medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. Seek a suitably qualified professional for decisions requiring such advice. A listing or external link does not make InfoAdvise the provider of the listed service.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account or submit content. If acting for a company or another person, you must have authority to do so. Provide accurate information and keep important account and listing details current.

Keep passwords and verification codes private. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for taking reasonable steps to secure your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent qualifications, create misleading identities or use an account to evade moderation.

Usernames and profile addresses are subject to availability, reserved names, impersonation rules and third-party rights. We may restrict or change a misleading or infringing username and will provide notice where reasonably practicable. We do not guarantee permanent ownership of a particular URL.

3. Login, contact verification and access limits

Email verification may be required. Social login and mobile OTP are optional and depend on enabled providers and their availability. You must follow the relevant provider's terms. Revoking a provider connection may affect access unless another login method is available.

Account types and page allowances determine which submissions you may create. These settings do not grant editorial publishing rights. Email or telephone verification confirms a contact step only; it is not identity, business, qualification or professional-license verification.

4. Submissions and editorial review

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions and disclosures of your submissions. This includes descriptions, business claims, images, logos, links, credentials and contact details. Do not submit content you are not entitled to publish or personal data you lack authority to disclose.

Submissions may move from draft to review before publication. Changes to published member content may require renewed review. We may request evidence, correct formatting, add appropriate disclosures, reject submissions, restrict links, or remove content for policy, security or legal reasons. Submission does not guarantee publication or a particular review time.

Editorial work may identify authors, sources, update dates and sponsorships. Source attribution does not replace the need for permission where copyright requires it. Report factual errors or outdated information to support@infoadvise.com with the page URL and supporting details.

5. Your content and our permission to use it

You retain any intellectual-property rights you hold in your content. You grant InfoAdvise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, format, display and distribute that content as reasonably needed to operate the service and show the pages you submit. You also permit necessary access by hosting and other service providers acting for us.

This permission does not transfer ownership to InfoAdvise or grant an unrestricted right to sell your content. It ends when content is removed from active service, except for necessary backups, legal retention and copies already distributed through the service. Removing a submission does not require us to delete independently created lawful editorial coverage or content belonging to others.

The InfoAdvise brand, site design, software and original editorial content are protected by applicable rights. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit them beyond permission granted by law or by us. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners.

6. Prohibited activity

Do not use InfoAdvise for fraud, phishing, malware, spam, unlawful discrimination, threats, harassment, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement or unlawful content. Do not publish fabricated reviews, misleading credentials, undisclosed paid endorsements, deceptive links or another person's confidential information.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with accounts, exploit verification systems, send abusive automated requests, or harvest personal information for unsolicited contact. Do not claim an affiliation, certification or endorsement that does not exist. Lawful search-engine indexing and ordinary browsing are not prohibited by this clause.

7. Featured, sponsored and verified status

Paid or featured placement is separate from verification. Buying visibility, sponsorship or a membership does not purchase a Verified badge, favorable editorial coverage, guaranteed rankings or leads.

Verification, where offered, is controlled separately by administrators and reflects only the checks and scope stated for that status. It is not a guarantee of quality, solvency, safety, licensing or future conduct. We may request updated evidence or remove an outdated status. Users should independently assess a business or professional before transacting.

Sponsored material and paid placements should be identified appropriately. You must disclose commercial relationships relevant to your submissions. We may label, reposition or remove content when disclosures are incomplete or misleading.

8. Fees and commercial services

Free features are subject to displayed limits. If a paid service is offered, its price, taxes, duration, scope, renewal arrangements and cancellation or refund terms must be disclosed before purchase. No recurring charge is authorized merely by registering an account.

Specific order terms apply to the purchased service, subject to mandatory consumer law. We do not promise a refund policy or paid feature that has not been offered. Contact support@infoadvise.com about billing disputes. Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory refund or consumer remedy.

9. External services and transactions

External websites, social providers and listed businesses operate independently. Their own terms and privacy notices govern their services. A link, listing or enquiry does not make InfoAdvise a party to an agreement between you and a third party unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

Before engaging a business or professional, check its identity, credentials, terms and suitability. We do not guarantee third-party availability, pricing, claims or performance. Report misleading listings so we can review them.

10. AI-assisted content

If AI assistance is enabled, outputs are drafts or suggestions and may contain errors, omissions, bias or material similar to other content. Review facts, rights, sources and disclosures before submitting or publishing. Do not provide confidential information or personal data without authority. AI generation does not bypass moderation or transfer responsibility for your submission to InfoAdvise.

11. Suspension, removal and account closure

We may restrict an account or remove content where reasonably necessary to address a violation, suspected fraud, security risk, legal requirement or serious misuse. Where appropriate, we will provide a reason and an opportunity to respond; urgent security or legal action may require immediate restrictions.

You can request account closure at support@infoadvise.com. Explain whether you also want associated profiles or listings removed. Suspension or loss of login access does not automatically remove published content. We will handle personal-data deletion under our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You may appeal a moderation or suspension decision by emailing the relevant username, page URL and explanation.

12. Complaints and rights notices

Send privacy, content, copyright or other complaints to support@infoadvise.com. Include your contact details, the exact page URL, the nature of the issue, relevant evidence and the action requested. If claiming rights on behalf of someone else, explain your authority. Do not include unnecessary sensitive documents. We may request clarification and will handle notices within applicable legal requirements.

13. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful, reliable service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, permanent storage, particular search rankings or business outcomes. Maintain your own copies of important submissions. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without implied guarantees beyond those the law requires.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, InfoAdvise is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, or for third-party conduct beyond our control. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights or liability for fraud. Your legal remedies remain available where the law provides them.

14. Changes, governing law and contact

We may revise these Terms and will update the date above. Significant changes will receive additional notice where appropriate or required. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen. If a change is unacceptable, you may stop using the service and request account closure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before courts or authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law. We do not require you to waive statutory consumer remedies or submit every dispute to private arbitration.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
