Verification Policy

Verified status and paid visibility are separate.

Account checks

Email verification and mobile OTP, where enabled, check control of a contact method. They do not verify identity, a company registration, qualifications or a professional licence.

Listing verification

A public Verified label is controlled by administrators through a separate review. The meaning of any verification depends on the evidence and checks identified for that listing. It must not be interpreted as a blanket certification.

Request a review

Email support@infoadvise.com with your listing URL and explain what information you want reviewed. We will advise whether review is available and what evidence is relevant. Do not send government IDs or other sensitive documents without agreed instructions. There is no automatic entitlement to a badge or guaranteed approval time.

Limits and changes

Verification is not a guarantee of service quality, safety, financial standing or future conduct. Check current licences and credentials independently where relevant. We may request updated evidence or remove a status if it becomes inaccurate or misleading.

Payment may affect disclosed placement or visibility when a service is offered. It does not automatically grant or renew verification.
