Create pages that people can trust and use.

Be accurate and authorised

Use a genuine identity or organisation you are authorised to represent. Describe qualifications, experience, services and availability honestly. Keep contact information and links current.

Respect rights and privacy

Use text, logos and images you own or have permission to publish. Do not copy articles without permission, impersonate others, or expose private information. Public contact details must be intentionally provided for publication.

Avoid misleading promotion

Disclose sponsorships and relevant commercial relationships. Do not submit fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, deceptive links, unsupported guarantees or false verification claims.

Keep the service safe

Fraud, phishing, malware, spam, threats, harassment and unlawful material are not permitted. Do not bypass account restrictions or create replacement accounts to evade moderation.

Review before submitting

Check your spelling, facts, links and sources. Review any AI-assisted text personally. Drafts and pending submissions are not public approvals. Moderators may request changes, reject content or restrict accounts under the Terms of Service.

Raise a concern

Use Corrections & Content Complaints to report a problem or appeal a moderation decision.
